We use your information strictly to provide and improve the Floor Plan Extractor service, specifically to:
- Authenticate your access via Google.
- Process your PDFs using our AI extraction pipeline.
- Store and retrieve your custom templates.
- Manage your billing and credit balances.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate our application. By using our service, your data may be processed by:
- Google Cloud & Gemini API: For hosting the application and performing AI-based floor plan extractions.
- Supabase: For secure database hosting and storage of your templates and account state.
- Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Uploaded PDFs are processed ephemerally or stored securely depending on your account settings. You may request deletion of your account and associated templates at any time by contacting support.
