Floor Plan Extractor provides an AI-powered tool for extracting individual suites from architectural PDF files, deskewing them, and allowing users to overlay them on custom background templates. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You retain all rights and ownership to the architectural PDFs you upload to the Service. However, by uploading files, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to these files or have obtained the necessary licenses to process them using our Service. You agree not to upload any illegal, confidential, or sensitive material that you are not authorized to share.
The Service operates on a credit-based system or via a one-time purchase funnel powered by Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Unused credits may expire if the account remains inactive for a period defined by our policies.
While we strive for accuracy in our AI extraction, the Service may occasionally produce errors. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Floor Plan Extractor or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
